Punch International is a Belgian diversified industrial group focusing on providing total solutions. Punch was incorporated in 1982 following the takeover of New Impriver, a Ghent-based company specializing in screen printing on glass and, later on, in high-quality sheet-metal working and industrial screen printing (incl. silkscreen printing).

Following a succession of takeovers and spin offs in various areas of business, Punch has evolved from a traditional subcontractor to the electronics industry to a technology provider and a key player in all markets in which it operates.

Today Punch provides total solutions to end-users in segments of the graphics, agriculture and telematics industries. In addition, the group provides tailor-made services to the automotive and consumer electronics industries.

In 2005 the group embarked on what it described as a 'spin-off strategy’. For example, Punch floated its graphics subsidiary, Punch Graphix, on the London's Alternative Investment Market (AIM) and also acquired control over the divested Punch Technix, listed on Euronext Amsterdam. Nowadays, the various activities of the group are organized in specialized divisions, which operate independently : Graphix, Technix, Telematix, Motive and other.

Punch aims for a combincation of unique technology and market-driven research and development. Punch is present globally as a niche player, a posisiton in which it aims to belong to the top 3 in every market segment it operates in.

Employing more than 3.300 people worldwide, Punch operates in production facilities across Europe, Asia, and America.

Punch Technix is the ideal partner for the development and production of equipment and machinery for leading suppliers in the agro-food industry, the graphics industry, the medical sector, and various other sectors. The development and engineering activities are established in the Netherlands; the actual production is centralised in Namestovo (Slovakia), where we have available an ultra-modern production facility of more than 30.000 m² and employ highly qualified personnel. Moreover, it complies to ISO9001 standards. As a result, the divisions offer total solutions for the complete trajectory, from design and development to production and assembly.
